From a very early age my mom and dad began to show us the value of gold jewelry. My sister and I would sometimes sneak into their room just to take a peek at their gold jewelry booty and we would ask them when would the time come when gold jewelry made it our way. They would always tell us that gold jewelry is very special and that people need to earn the right to wear gold jewelry. We didn’t really understand what they meant by that at the moment, but my sister and I would always be in our best behavior and tried helping extra around the house just to put our little drops in the gold jewelry bucket. Then came the year where my sister and I were able to keep our grades on the A average for the whole year and at the end of that year our parents gave us the biggest gold jewelry surprise ever. At the end of the school year when we received our last grade report our parent took us for some tasty ice cream sundaes and right in the ice cream shop gave us both some magical gold and diamond jewelry rings and from that day on we both were hooked on gold jewelry.
